Celebrate! Inspire! Act!
DreamKEEPERS cordially invites you to join your voice to Ottawa’s 4th City-Wide Celebration of Martin Luther King Jr Day, an animated celebration of Black pride, racial harmony and the non-violent victory over racial and social injustice.

The program will feature:
Master of Ceremonies - Rev. Dr. Anthony Bailey, Senior Pastor, Parkdale United Church
Guest Speaker - Hon. Jean Augustine, Ontario Fairness Commissioner & the first Black woman Federal Cabinet Minister, along with Blake Batson, Oni, the Haitian Sensation, Rev. Oscar Boloko, Sarah Onyango, Chris Harris and the glorious tones of The Counterpoint Academy School Choir. There will also be a presentation of the DreamKEEPERS Community Citation for Outstanding Leadership to Mme Jocelyne Constant for being an excellent and long-standing voice for the voiceless at Foster Parents, Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization, Ottawa Police Services, Communauté Catholique des Haitiens de l’Outaouais and others.
